You choose your dinners, and Laura takes care of the grocery shopping, cooks the meals in your kitchen, packages or freezes them as desired, and cleans up afterward. Good for You Gourmet’s menu balances savoury, home-style cooking with nutritious whole foods and ethical choices. Laura shops for ingredients mindfully, choosing minimally-processed foods, seasonal, organic vegetables and unmedicated, free-range meat and dairy. Whole foods are packed with nutrition and easier to digest than refined ingredients, giving your family a strong nutritional base that is also affordable and delicious.
