With your voucher, you get to participate in their Chocolate 101 tasting, where you’ll learn about different cacao beans, plantations and processes, which all yield different flavour profiles. You’ll also learn about the many facets of chocolate from bean to bar, and taste samples of different beans, origins, manufacturers and cocoa percentages. Taste samples of some of their best selling bars like Bacon with Espresso, Lavender, Sea Salt & Triple Peppercorns, Sour Cherry with Chili and more! You’ll leave with a 16-piece box of handmade truffles, including some locally made, seasonal varieties and fairly traded imports, so you can continue to practice your new tasting skills at home.
