  • You can subscribe to receive our email updates without creating an account. You'll only need an account if you want to buy a product. When this time has come, you can register for an account. Chances are, if you haven't purchased a product or voucher from us before, you don't have an account yet. If you're trying to login and our website is telling you that your email address is invalid, you don't have an account with us (or you're typing in your email wrong).

  • We have a great selection of online deals that ship across North America and offer local deals in select cities. Subscribe to your city to get deals that are relevant to you.

  • Purchasing a Deal

  • Simply click “BUY” before the offer ends. All deals are limited time offers, with most deals running for 7 days. Check the 'Time Left to Buy' countdown clock to see how much time is left.

  • Once you're charged, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to login to your account to print your ethicalDeal Voucher. This Voucher has all the info you need to redeem it.

  • Login to your account, go to My Purchases and you will see a list of your purchases. Click on 'Print' to view your Voucher. Mark your Voucher as used when you have redeemed to prevent expiry reminders. You can also re-send Vouchers to gift recipients from your My Purchases page..

  • You can use most ethicalDeals the day after the deal closes, unless otherwise specified in the Feature Details. Grocery Pick-Up Deals are valid 10 days after the promotion closes. You'll receive an email indicating that your ethicalDeal Groceries are available for pick-up on the valid date. We do issue expiry reminder emails one month before your deal expires. If your deal is still marked as unused in your my purchases we'll give you one more nudge a week before it expires.

  • No. Unless otherwise stated in the Details of Feature, the Voucher is one-time use only. So go all out and stock up or bring a friend and share in the fun!

  • Different offers have different expiry dates, check the Feature Details for the exact expiry date:

    •Daily deals - You generally have at least a couple months to use your deal
    •Grocery pick-up deals - You have 12 days to redeem deals that need to be picked-up from a grocery store

    We do issue expiry reminder emails one month before your deal expires. If your deal is still marked as 'Unused' in your My Purchases we'll give you one more nudge a week before it expires.

  • Unfortunately you are not entitled to a refund or credit. You can always transfer your deal to a (very lucky) friend if you are unable to use your deal.

  • Now that would be too good to be true!

  • Yes. Your credit card information is sent via SSL encryption to a secure electronic vault, at no time is it stored on our servers.

  • Canada Post Delivery Deals

  • All products ship via Canada Post. Either way, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the delivery from their door to yours.

  • All products ship directly from the vendors we promote; we do not carry inventory. If your order includes products from multiple origins, you will receive multiple packages. They may arrive at different times. You can track you orders in your account under 'My Purchases'. We also email you a tracking # for every order that the Vendor ships.

  • You will receive your orders within 2-4 weeks of the deal end date. The deal end date is specified in the Feature Details and on your Voucher. All deals run for 7 days so if you purchased on day 1 of the deal there would be 6 more days before the deal ends and the orders are transmitted to the Vendor.

  • Because each vendor ships their own products, products may very well arrive on different days. Each order is shipped separately so if you ordered multiple items from one vendor, you may not receive them at the same time. You can track each shipment separately via the tracking number provided in your account under 'My Purchases'. We also email you a tracking # for every order that the Vendor ships.

  • Login to your account and check the status of your shipment within My Purchases –> Shipments –> Track Order. Here you will be able to see the status of your shipment and the estimated delivery time. Shipments take between 2-4 weeks to arrive from the deal end date, which is printed in the Feature Details and your Voucher. If you still have questions or concerns submit a support request to ethicalDeal.

  • At this time we can only ship to one address per order. We know it is a pain, but we ask you to ship an order then go ahead and load up your cart a second time for the next address and so on and so forth.

  • Simply specify the shipping address of the gift recipient in the shipping field. Be sure to let them know to expect a gift package so it doesn't get returned.

  • Our vision is to help people from around the world make greener choices for themselves and their families and hope to do so soon, but for now we've limited our delivery deals to within Canada.

  • You can request a refund if the 'time left to buy' hasn't ended, but otherwise all products sold through ethicalDeal are Final Sale.

  • Please submit a support request within 7 days of receipt with all the juicy details and we will contact you with further instructions. At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges or replacements for returned products but we will issue a refund upon receipt and confirmation of the product.

  • Gifting a Deal

  • Of course! Unless the Feature Details states otherwise, gift away! Simply select the gift option at checkout to email or print your gift Voucher.

  • When you buy an ethicalDeal as a gift and choose to email it, an email will be sent to the recipient as soon as your card is charged, with the ethicalDeal Voucher for them to print off. If you choose to keep your gift a surprise and print it, you'll be able to do that in 'My Gifts' once your card has been charged.

  • Yep. All vouchers are transferable unless otherwise specified in the Feature Details. So as long as the Voucher number hasn't been used, your friend won't have a problem using it.

  • Refunds

  • While we try to be as accommodating as we can with refunds, different offers have different refund policies. Here are ethicalDeals' current refund policies:

    • Daily Deals – request made within five days of purchase, assuming the voucher has not been redeemed
    • Grocery Deals – request must be made before the deal closes as product is shipped to the grocery store right after the deal ends.
    • Delivery Deals – request for refunds must be made before the deal closes as product is shipped right after the deal closes. If you receive broken or defective products submit a support request within the 7-days of receipt. We will contact you with further instructions. At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges or replacements for returned products but we will issue a refund upon receipt and confirmation of the damaged product.

    Any time you ask for a refund outside of the policies stated above, we provide refunds upon request only where the relevant merchant has gone out of business before the promotional period ends.

  • No worries, we got you covered. If you are unable to redeem a Voucher before the applicable expiration of the Voucher because the relevant Merchant has gone out of business then you can request a refund.
