Not only is eating with food sensitivities difficult, but cooking for those with them can be even more of a challenge. After all, we should know! Having lived with food sensitivities most of our lives, we were forced to learn to cook for ourselves if we wanted to actually enjoy our food and avoid all those not-so-lovely reactions from foods that don’t agree with us. But, we’re also always on the lookout for inspiration, and so when we come across cookbooks like these two, we can’t help but tell everyone how much we love them!
