You'll receive our daily ethicalDeal in your inbox and occasional notifications regarding your purchases.

What will you do with my credit card and billing information?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that your order is processed in the most confidential and secure manner.

Orders

Can I return an ethicalDeal?

ethicalDeal will provide a refund if you change your mind within five days after you've purchased your Voucher, and want to "return" the unused Voucher. After that we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a Voucher because the Merchant has gone out of business.

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience let us know at support@ethicalDeal.com. While we do not guarantee a refund except as noted above, we will try to address your concerns.

What if the business for my ethicalDeal closes down?

If you are unable to redeem a Voucher before the applicable expiration of the Voucher because the Merchant has gone out of business, then email us for a refund at support@ethicalDeal.com.
